Thank you for your interest in Summer Night Lights! Hiring Hubs connect community members with job opportunities tied to the Summer Night Lights program. Stop by to meet employers, explore open positions, and get support to take the next step toward employment—all in one place.
New applicants will be invited to attend one of our Hiring Hubs. At these events, applicants may:
- Complete required onboarding documentation
- Participate in an in-person interview
- Receive additional information about available roles
If selected to move forward, employment is contingent upon completing required onboarding steps, which includes RAP paperwork, DOJ background check, live-scan and TB screening. This process may take up to (2) hours, so we strongly recommend allowing adequate time to arrive early and complete all required steps.
What to Bring:
- A valid form of identification (CA ID, Driver's License)
- Social Security card or proof of authorization to work
- A parent or legal guardian (if under 18)
